Shipping & Returns
Orders are dispatched from London on Saturday. The shipping will takes anout 4-5 days, and may vary depend on your location. Once dispatched you will receive an email with the details.
If you need something urgently please let us know in the comments box on your order and we will do our best to help you get your order when you need it. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, with regional areas often taking a bit longer.
Please Note for customers purchasing from outside mainland UK, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges.
You may be liable to customs and import duty on your order, upon delivery. You can contact us for further information, but we advise that all international customers also contact their local authorities. Please note that all orders that are not to an address on the UK mainland may be subject to the additional charges, including Northern Ireland.
It's OK to change your mind! We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. We will issue a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice. Email us for any returns, and we will get back to you with instructions. Sugo Lab is not responsible for the return shipping cost for change of mind orders.
Our products are made by hand therefore there may be slight variations in every piece. These variations are part of the handmade beauty and not considered a fault. We try to accurately display all product images to represent the final finish, however if there is a significant discrepancy between the representation and the finished product please contact us to arrange a replacement or credit.
We do not accept stockist returns of unsold goods, change of mind or pattern preference on natural materials. We don’t accept returns on sale items.
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
For damaged products we can issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion. In addition, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue further.
